The new FFQ4 SOMW 06 inserts can be mounted on different milling cutters such as MULTI-MASTER, FLEX-FIT, and cylindrical endmills shanks. SOMW 06 offers 3 geometries for machining diverse materials including steels, super alloys, and materials with high hardness up to 65HRC.
By using the 06 inserts on different milling cutters such as MULTI-MASTER, FLEX-FIT, and cylindrical, machining time is reduced compared to traditional tools. It allows for deep cavity machining at high overhangs and high feed rates, assuring stable machining with no vibrations for fast metal removal.
