ISCAR presenta las nuevas plaquitas positivas de doble cara
para aluminio rectificadas y pulidas. Estas plaquitas duplican
el número de filos de corte, por lo que son una alternativa
económica a las plaquitas positivas convencionales.

, ISCAR is expanding the Alu-P-Turn line with new geometries.
The new double-sided positive inserts TNGG, WNGG, DNGG and VNGG double the number of cutting edges of single sided positive inserts TCGT, WCGT, DCGT and VCGT which provide a great economical advantage.

Features

The inserts feature a F3N-P or M3N-P highly positive rake chipbreaker with a polished top rake most suitable for machining aluminum and other soft nonferrous materials.

Chipbreaker geometries are designed to eliminate built up edge and guarantee a soft cut with low cutting forces.

The new inserts are clamped on standard tools intended for double sided negative inserts.

The new inserts are made of the IC20 grade and can be used for external and internal machining.

The Alu-P Turn inserts are also an excellent choice for finishing operations on titanium.
